Why am I eating right now? I’m not even hungry! Guilty. It’s dinner time – better eat. Just got home – better have a snack. Kids are eating – I might as well eat too. It happens.
Today my goal is to ONLY eat when I am hungry. Not because I’m bored or mad. Not because it’s lunch time, or I haven’t eaten in a while. ONLY because I’m hungry. Wish me luck!

Sometimes I feel hungry all the time too. Other times I am not hungry and eat for no reason! Haha good luck! Drink lots of water and eat protein. That helps with the hunger!
