I never thought I would be raving about brussel sprouts, but here I am.
Lately I have been eating a lot of roasted brussel sprouts.They are so easy to make and taste delicious.
Cut in half and put in a bowl. Mix with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic salt, and roast on a baking sheet at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Easy, yummy, and healthy!
